In the name Kino, "ki" is another word for the japanese word "moku", which appears in the japanese word "mokuyoubi". Mokuyoubi means Thursday and is named after the god of thunder, Thor. When translated into Latin, the word becomes "Jovis dies" or "Day of Jove". Jove was also known as Jupiter, the king of Gods.
Jupiter is one of the highly known gods in Roman mythology. His power is paralled with the Greek supreme deity, Zeus. Jupiter was born from the Indo-European Sky God, Dyaus Pitar. Like Sailor Jupiter, Jupiter has numerous lovers, but only one is considered his consort. She is Juno (Queen of the Heavens). His highly skilled power comes from Tonans the Thunderer and Fulgurator, sender of lightning, hence Sailor Jupiter's primary attack "Jupiter Thunder Crash". Jupiter is represented by a lump of stone in the sanctuary of Jupiter Feretrius. Jupiter is responsible for the honoring of oaths and swearing to his name.
The song you are hearing is the song that Sailor Jupiter sings in the Japanese anime "Sailor Moon" titled, "Rainy Day Man".

If you haven't noticed by now, Sailor Jupiter is one of two of my favorite Sailor Scouts (Sailor Pluto is the other). Sailor Jupiter is probably the most caring, inspirational and strongest figure of all the Sailor Scouts. She's also the most irrational. She prefers to fight first before thinking things through. She never backs down from a challenge by any means. She is the fourth of the five Sailor Scouts to be introduced. She transferred to Serena's school. But because of her tall size, she has to wear a different uniform from Ami and Serena. By all of the other kids in school, Makoto was known as a girl who always fights a lot. Serena got to know her a little better and was "rewarded" with the knowledge that Makoto knows how to cook. Makoto involved herself in a fight against Zoicite (one of the Generals of the Negaverse) when Zoicite was to retrieve a Rainbow Crystal from Game Machine Joe, a person who Makoto likes. During the fight, the fourth sign appeared on her forehead. And so begins the transformation of Sailor Jupiter.
Jupiter's primary attack is the Thunder Crash. By far, it's the most powerful weapon of the all the Inner Senshi. She also improves the other Scouts attacks by combining the Thunder Crash with their attacks. When Jupiter reaches the peak of her powers, her Thunder Crash transforms into a dragon, hence the Jupiter Thunder Dragon attack.

Later in the series, Lita says this to turn into Sailor Jupiter.
Sailor Jupiter's main attack, when she says this an antenna rises up from the jewel in Jupiter's tiara and gathers lightning, which Jupiter can collect and redirect to her enemies.
Basically, its just like Jupiter Thunder Crash..but a different form.
This is the neatest attack visually, Jupiter creates a Dragon made of lightning which she can direct at enemies, the dragon in turn eats the enemy.
Here, Sailor Jupiter gathers lightning into a little ball and throws it at an enemy. This is apparently her strongest attack
